Nvidia settled claims that its GTX 970 graphics cards were underperforming. If you bought a GTX 970 between September 1, 2014 and August 24, 2016 you are entitled to a portion of the money you spent.
This lawsuit claimed that Defendants sold GeForce GTX 970 graphics processing units to consumers based on inaccurate or misleading information regarding the GTX 970's specifications, performance, and capabilities. Defendants deny that they did anything wrong. Devices that were purchased in the U.S. between September 1, 2014 and August 24, 2016 are eligible.
Potential award: Refund; up to $30 cash for each proof of purchase.
