DISH TCPA Violation Settlement

A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against DISH Network that began in 2014. The lawsuit alleged that authorized retailers representing DISH Network illegally made phone calls to individuals listed in the national Do Not Call Registry, which is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). According to the lawsuit, DISH made more than 51,000 calls to over 18,000 different phone numbers listed on the national Do Not Call Registry between May 11, 2010, and August 1, 2011.

You are considered a Class Member if you received a phone call from DISH between May 11, 2010 and Aug. 1, 2011 and have a phone number listed as one of the 18,066 phone numbers on the national Do Not Call Registry. Check your phone number against the data base HERE

 

You could be awarded up to $1200 per call.

The deadline to File a Claim is March 7, 2018!
