Home Depot Is Paying out another $25 million in a data breach class action settlement.

The first Settlement in this case (found here) settled for $13 million cash payout, with each individual claimant eligible for up to $10,000 with documentation of losses.

This new settlement is more focused around the banks and the losses they incured from this breach.

For Home Depot, the cost of this breach has exceeded well over $179 million dollars based on the court documents, which do not include the legal fees and other undisclosed payouts.
