A lawsuit brought on by consumers alleging Wells Fargo Dealer Services, Inc., a division of Wells Fargo Bank, violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using prerecorded or artificial voices to initiate telephone calls to their customers without their consent.
A settlement has been reached for nearly $15 million dollars which affect any individual who received an automatic phone call from a Wells Fargo automobile financing account between April 1, 2011, and March 30, 2016.
Deadline to submit a claim form is September 20, 2017.
