Hustler Hollywood has settled a class action lawsuit claiming consumers’ privacy rights were violated under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA).

FACTA ensures consumers identitys are secured by prohibiting companies from printing anything but the last 5 digits of a credit or debit card on a receipt.

Between April 18, 2015 and February 26, 2018 Hustler Hollywood violated FACTA and any customers with a receipt displaying more than the last 5 digits of their card may be able to benefit from this settled class action.

The settlement money will be distributed equally to every eligible class member that files a claim form.

The deadline to file a claim is July 21, 2018.
