A lawsuit alleging Monster Inc., Best Buy Stores LP, and BestBuy.com LLC falsely advertised Monster HDMA Cables has been settled.
According to the lawsuit, consumers were deceived by the product packaging claims of bandwidth and paid more money on the product as a result.
The Monster HDMI Cables involved in this class action include:

- Ultimate High Speed, and
- Ultra High Speed.
If you bought a Monster HDMI Cable between Aug. 25, 2011 and March 6, 2018, you could get $10 to $35 in cash or store credit from the Best Buy class action settlement.
