Papa Murphy’s TCPA Violations

Papa Murphy’s has violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending out unwanted text messages to consumers without their consent. After many attempts to fight the lawsuit against them for violating the TCPA, they have agreed to settle for $22.6 million. 

You qualify as a class member if you are a United States Resident who received an advertising text message from papa Murphy’s between October 16, 2013 and June 15, 2015. 

You could receive up to $10 in cash or in voucher form. 

Deadline to file a claim: 8/14/18
