If you purchased certain CoQ-10 supplements manufactured by Lang Pharma Nutrition from a Walmart, CVS, Walgreens or Meijer store, then you might be eligible to a potential reward. 

According to the lawsuit, Lang Pharma Nutrition Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc., CVS Pharmacy Inc., Walgreen Company and Meijer Distribution Inc. misleadingly labeled their Coenzyme 10 (CoQ-10) supplements by overstating their effectiveness and their absorption rates. 

Eligible class members include anyone who purchased a CoQ-10 product manufactured by Lang Pharma and sold by CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and Meijer under store brand labels between July 1, 2013 – July 24, 2018. 

Claim to receive up to $3.50 cash payment or a $12.50 product credit without proof of purchase here. 

Deadline to file is 9/4/2018.
