Tyson Recalls 2.5 Million Pounds of Breaded chicken!

Over 2 million pounds of Ready-to-eat breaded chicken that were distributed across the United States by Tyson Foods has been recalled due to an unlisted ingredient.

These products were not sold in stores but were sold in thousands of school cafeterias, hospital cafeterias, and restaurants. Over 30 states were affected by this recall.

Chicken Strips, fritters, patties, and nuggets produced between August 2016 and January 2017 contain milk products not listed on the ingredients label. The issue was not discovered until June of 2017.
