The ProFlowers class action lawsuit claimed that customers were misled into believing that floral arrangement deliveries would be in an arrangement as advertised, as opposed to a box.
According to the lawsuit, ProFlowers customers received “do-it-yourself” kits after paying a pretty penny for what they thought would be a pre-made arrangement.
ProFlowers.com denies any wrongdoing, however, has agreed to settle to avoid any unpredictable future litigations and costs.
If you purchased a floral arrangement from ProFlowers.com in California between July 1, 2009, and April 30, 2016, you may be entitled to benefits this settlement!
A $10 gift code will be redeemable for a purchase at ProFlowers.com, for those that submit a claim.
