Lymphoma, Myeloma, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Leukemia, & Lung Cancer

For nearly 40 years, farmers and gardeners around the world have used Roundup (a glyphosate product) as an herbicide. The majority of that time it was used without knowing the dangers it posed - as glyphosate is now listed by the EPA as a Possible Human Carcinogen related to:

  • Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
  • Hodgkin's Lymphoma
  • T-Cell Lymphoma
  • Multiple Myeloma
  • Cutaneous Melanoma
  • Lung Cancer
  • Soft Tissue Sarcoma
  • Leukemia

Use of the herbicide has also been linked to kidney and liver problems, as well as birth defects.

Marketed as safe to use where kids and pets play as it breaks down into a natural material, Monsanto allegedly knew that glyphosate was a carcinogen before it was ever approved by the EPA and not surprisingly kept that fact a secret. The EPA also makes it clear that classifying a chemical as Non-Carcinogenic DOES NOT mean that it won't cause cancer. Further, on two separate occasions, the EPA found that laboratories hired by Monsanto to test the toxicity of its products had committed fraud.  Well, the cat is out of the bag now.
