Massachusetts has some of the strongest laws on the books, protecting renters from the all-to-common greed and overreach of their landlords.  Among these laws are several that prohibit a landlord and/or property management company from charging tenants any fee for sub-metered utilities.

If you lived in an apartment complex in Massachusetts and were charged any fees for gas, water, electricity, or sewer you may be entitled to a cash award.

Don’t get ripped off by your landlord anymore!

We at Pirl can help, and we want to hear from you today!
